Seller was patient with my requests and transparent during conflicts sa shipping. The only issue I had is there was not enough bubble wrap to cover the item, only one side was covered. It led to the package to be stained during shipping I messaged them after and they we’re noting about it. Ang di ko lang nagustuhan was I asked them for a review, pero it looks like they chose not to.

Framing this as “giving the item away for free” and publicly complaining afterward is misleading, a simple request for proper packaging should not be taken personally. I requested for bubble wrap to ensure the item’s safety during shipping, which is a standard and reasonable expectation regardless of the item’s price. I arranged the shipping myself since I have more discounts with J&T.
