Felicia was very helpful throughout the planning process and also kept in touch with us without us having to constantly ask her for updates. On the day itself, she was very punctual and helped us go thru the itenary with the hotel manager to ensure that everything went smoothly. A professional bilingual host that adapt well to the crowd reactions and able to liven the atmosphere when expected to. Understood that my guests are not that easy to handle but she still managed to get them going and react well to the situation.
