Buyer backed out on me by saying ONLY "I'm really sorry" without any confirmation when I was alrdy otw to town meeting him. MIA for over 24hrs after that. Wasted 1hr+ traveling and waiting for him as it was ambiguous if he was still dealing. Overall a disappointing flaked deal; a buyer lacking responsibility. Please deal with caution.
