That's very unfortunate and I'm sorry to hear that. I want to clarify that I did mention to you that it was a complimentary gift for a laptop purchase. It was brand new same never opened. You opened up the packaging before the transaction too. Secondly, I did assist you by sending relevant troubleshooting solutions. If it didn't work it is an issue with Microsoft and I can't even verify what you said is true.
