多謝買家的回覆。經翻查紀錄，該交易是透過 Carousell「Buy」功能完成，並按平台指示經順豐寄出。我已按照系統通知，在限期前將貨品送到順豐門市，整個流程均依平台規定處理。 翻查聊天紀錄，我並未收到買家於交易前或交易後提出任何疑問（不過如果你真的有在聊天中提問，我也建議你與Carousell投訴為何賣家收不到訊息）。我亦曾在寄出前於聊天中通知買家，但當時未有收到任何回覆。 至於小冊子一事，該書為全新未使用，原本也只是用作展示用途。我清楚此書原本附有小冊子，並相當肯定已一併寄出。我本人亦擁有正版網上版本。當時因該書為校際比賽曲目，一時心急透過不同途徑購入兩本實體書，而該書在香港一度嚴重缺貨，因此才將多出的一本出售。刊登後短時間內便透過 Carousell 直接付款成交。 交收後我一向留意是否有買家提出問題，惟今次並未收到任何聯絡。直至近日才發現負評，實感無奈。
