Planned to meet up with her TWICE , and I spent 30mins each time to travel to her, but she can't in the end due to her busy schedule Even tho she offered me registered mail, but I have to mail her my money through normal mail(not a small sum of money) as she was too busy to get it from the post office and would miss the postman if I mail it through registered mail. So my point is, she have the time to mail my item but not get the money from the post office?
