Placed order via Carousell and I was given instructions by Carousell to mail by 4th April. She informed that she made payment, I decided to arrange for courier by 3rd because I will be overseas for 2 wks. LO was unwell and I was swamped with babysitting on top of work. Buyer was very impatient, kept rushing for update and asking whether item is new even though listing clearly stated brand new.
First blaming buyer for following up when u went radio silence. Then blamed it to your children illness for such problematic behaviour with no remorse. We all have small baby that’s not the reason for you to be nasty. If you’re in trouble say it not simply scolding around and leave bad reviews for your own problems
Very responsive and responsible! Honest too. Repeatedly chased J&T as they didn’t turn up for a few occasions to collect the items. She was concerned that I got my goods late! Thank you
