buyer is very entitled and demanded full refund for an item that has been sent to her 3 days ago. mind you, she acknowledged the item twice and made positive feedback about it. that's like clicking order received, rating, and suddenly appealing later for a refund on confirmed successful transaction. she crossed boundaries and started hounding me outside the platform.
1 month ago (edited)1. took 3 days bc it was from manila pa and taga province ako 2. seller na mismo nagimply na she knew about it but didnโt know that it was a damage. cinorrect pero defensive pa rin 3. did not reply for hours and declined my calls pa 4. seller was already being mentioned and called out because of the lack of accountability 5. eventually got my refund after numerous people pushed me to get my refund esp bc her friend was harassing me item refunded, and returned already a day after i got my refund
