Transaction was rather ok but when it came to passing of items there were problems. Was not clear on details of items that I will receive, got something that I didn't really want to give for a friend which was very different from picture sent, which was a "sample". This is the best number of stars I can give, I am sorry. Especially when refund was vv late. But was a good deal in general.
Miscommunication and error from the buyer , she demanded a full refund ๐ when she did not get the characters she wanted from a Bsd anime standees , when specified that the characters are not guaranteed and itโs by chance *facepalm* new to grab bags donโt know what grab bags are . Very very demanding , wanted full details like a professional store in orchard or smth . very rude in transaction super demanding and threatened us with police report cause she didnโt get the characters she wanted ๐น
seller was very kind, and even left postcards and minicards along with cute little stickers of other anime other than the one i requested. if i had a chance i would purchase more merch soon
