Seller is not being ethical by deliberately omitting the missing part and fracture on the items in the post. Trapped ignorant buyer. Seller claimed that she is only selling on behalf thus she can only remove the original seller post since the original seller refuse to do any refund.
my friend n i are unaware about the violin condition, dats why buyers are encouraged to test n try it. My friend say you have already check for 30min on the spot and are aware of the Chin rest issue before deciding to buy . our conscious is clear but i apologise for your bad experience, hence i have removed those posts that belongs to her. I only regret that the original seller cannot do any refund for her violins once sold .
