buyer made an offer and ask to reserve the item for him, he also keep changing multiple collection date. I accommodated to his timing and reserve the item for few days. when I finally confirmed if he was going to collect the item, he suddenly told me he alr got a new one as a surprise. if I didn't confirm with him, his suprise didn't appear. what a coincident. he eventually cancel the deal.
