All item we have qc checked before send out and we even personally provided warranty for buyer to make sure item is working as manufacturer is not in local but this buyer came back to me only after warranty period provided saying item not working. As a kind will we offered partial refund but buyer does not appreciate it. If all buyers use the item and don't like it,all come back after warranty period saying item not working asking for refund might as well we open charity company give it for free
