Item described in excellent condition but arrived very clearly damaged. Seller blamed me for not viewing it first and demanded that I return it to him if I wanted a refund. In the end he collected the item after refusing to reach a compromise, leaving me out of pocket $20 for the original delivery fees. Overall, a very bad experience.
The so-called bad damage claimed was a dark patch caused by wiping the table with a damp cloth prior to her collecting it. This is raw unfinished teak and obviously needs time to dry out. I offered you a refund if you returned it but your idea of a compromise was to receive a partial refund of $50 to keep the item to compensate you to refinish it or collect it at my own expense. I chose to collect the item and gave you a full refund. Very unpleasant buyer.
