Slightly disappointed with this transaction. Item was brand new & already discounted from original price, but buyer still requests multiple additional discounts due to a very minor stain. I tried to accomodate & ended up refunding RM65, which made the final price much lower than intended. Understand that buyer expect good condition, but expectations should also be fair to the seller.

Seller lied that item is brand new as she did not disclose an irremovable “minor stain” haha. I paid RM650 (close to original RM680), so expectations were based on that condition. Once arrived, I told seller I will return unless obtain 10% partial refund (as per usual store policy for defective item). She went on to offer RM10 refund and kept going back and forth when I told her I’ll just return item. UNRECOMMENDED SELLER. Buyers should take note and protect yourselves (refer my review of her).
