A very disappointing experience. Communication started well and we confirmed a trade time, so I planned everything accordingly. On the day, they cancelled, claiming they didn’t know about the one flight of stairs or item size, though I’d clearly shared both. I offered several solutions to solve the issue, even to move it myself, but they refused. A frustrating waste of time and effort.
