Easygoing buyer

Nice buyer, good to deal with, just some moscom due to language issue. But no issue in dealing with.

Insincere buyer. Offered on 9th Oct, but said going to Malaysia the next day. Claim would probably transact on 18th. No news on 17th. I followed up, and was told still overseas and postponed again to 22th, no promises.
