Service was alright at the start when I first ordered item from her. Speedy replies and friendly. However, when I told her the item hasnt arrived yet and was late, she began to ignore my messages and gave awfully late replies. Item was lost in the mail and I know it isnt her fault but the least she could do was provide assistance in helping me retrieve the item back. Terrible. Will not order from her again. If things with the mail gone wrong, dont expect any assistance from her.
