no you were the one who had the faulty Paypal account. I sent you the amount we agreed on and I literally had to ask Paypal for a refund because immediately after i sent you the payment you said your paypal account “wasn’t working”. You got banned by Paypal. Because Paypal thinks there is a problem with YOUR account. The refund case was ruled in my favour because there was nothing wrong with my account. If there is a misunderstanding here there is no need to be rude when you the one with issues.
