Coach Leroi is really good in giving out the training plans. It was a bit of a waste that i myself had a foot problem, and he tried to accommodate but i couldnt continue. Will definitely go back to him again once everything is fixed on my end. Really understand coach as well. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed training with Leroi. He helped me go from 13:06 to 12:28 for my 2.4km and finally achieve my sub-13 goal. More than that, he made the whole process enjoyable and sustainable, like and was a motivating friend throughout the whole journey. The structured plan kept me focused, but his support and encouragement made it fun to show up and train. Will come back for my next goal for 10k!
