Quite unprofessional. After offering a lower price, which I was considering seriously, he backed out of his offer when I accepted his offer. Didn't bother to update his status assuming it's true he changed his mind. Have to be careful when dealing with him. Update: After some discussion, he eventually honour his offer and paid for it, but did not want to collect it.
