There is less than 10% of aircon companies are able to provide aircon pressure test, and Cool & Cozy is one of them. Initially I planned to replace all aircons + copper piping ($4.5k) after the gas leak issue happened, luckily Cool & Cozy came and done pressure test for me, and at the end I only spent less than $1000 to solve the issue. thanks again!!!

My aircons got water leaking and not cold issue for weeks. Tried a few contractors but they can’t solve it until I found Cool & Cozy. Mr Wee and his team are very professional, friendly and reliable. They explained to me what happened to the aircons and fixed them for me on-site immediately. Their staff are very polite and able to use plain language to explain every step. Highly recommended.

Technician came down promptly to service my portable aircon, everything was sleekly clean and free of dust! he also explained to me how portable aircon works whilst servicing. We did a major system upgrade by changing the compressors and 4 aircons. This company provides good service such as: 1) efficient in response to request by Mr Wee, 2) the working attitude of the workers are good, 3) work done in orderly and efficient way, 4) follow up to do the touch up. The time of notice was very short and appreciate Mr Wee for making all the arrangements.
