1. Crabstick was only 3/4 filled, not to the brim as per advertised photo. Pls use an appropriate container next time as I feel shortchange. 2. All bottles of Crabstick was lao hong and soggy, probably due to uneven frying as there are lots of white portion. 3. Nutella tart is average at best. Saving grace is seller offered a partial refund for the crabstick, but pls QC your items next time.

We all know that if you want quality products you have to purchase via shopping mall and if you’re lucky you could get the taste you want via online. The process of preparing the crabstick, effort and time surpassing the actual crab stick sold @$10. Despite the lack of profit and the elderly’s limited familiarity with the air fryer, we extended a kind gesture by refunding partial. We also provided instructions on enhancing the crispness instead of discarding the item.
