Initially pleasant seller to deal with, but I never received the item I paid for, and she won't reply to my messages. She firstly claimed she posted it to the wrong address and would repost it, but never saw proof of shipping and still haven't received the item over a month later. Update: Received item - it was lost in the mail.

Good seller to deal with, speedy replies and fuss free but unfortunately due to poor packaging the palette arrived with a few shadows cracked 😔
What do you expect when you pay 3$ for shipping and item was worth 15$.? Do you expect me to pay shipping myself when all i was paid was 18$ .
