Serene is very knowledgeable and professional with her services provided. After knowing my scalp is sensitive, she suggested not to bleach my hair near the scalp area. She is also very attentive & asked if I feel any burning sensation near the scalp. I stay in the East, Tampines, but will definitely visit again for my hair fix 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Probably the most honest hair dresser I’ve met!! Really nice and pretty didn’t regret my trip like how I did for my previous few experiences. Highly recommended! I went to meet Serene to get k gloss and balayage done. Serene was very friendly and helpful! As it was my first time bleaching my hair, I did not know which magic colour was suitable for me and based on some of my worries, she recommended a colour for me (which looks quite nice and suitable on me!) Will definitely go back there again hair colouring and treatment!

Best experience ever ! I was so scared initially .. that Serene might be like those pushy hair stylist I previously met . However, she’s not like that . She’s Super friendly, patient and professional. She patiently washed my hair as my scalp was very itchy . She gave professional advice on how to style and maintain my hair after I go home . She also help me to do some S curls with additional charge . Best experience ever . Would definitely go back to her
