Backed out multiple times after confirming, asking for more each time. Greedy seller that confirmed three times afterward and backed out three times in a row every week asking for more. Fact of the matter is this option to provide feedback is because an offer was agreed upon, but the deal didn't happen. Who would you trust? I'm prepared to pay the agreed price anytime but he wants another 100, than another 600, then asked for more again. Disappointing.

Buyer postponed then cancelled the deal on that day last minute because of other deals he had, which resulted in me waiting for him and have to cancel my schedule because of it. Told me he had no cash to spare after his deal so he can't deal with me on that day even though he knew that we are dealing. Therefore, I didn't treat him seriously after that incident.
