I bought his coffee machine for $550 and the machine spoilt within 6 months can't grind the coffee beans and contacted the seller for repair and totally no response from the seller. Bad experience and strongly advise the public not to buy from this seller.
This machine was sold for more than 6 months and the warranty is only 3 months . We can do repair no problem
Agreed to a time but changed the appointment at the last minute when he collected the wrong item. I agreed to the reschedule, offered but he refused to accept and that he will accept when lock is here but never did. There was a problem because he did not check and demanded additional monies to rectify a problem that was caused by his negligence and chose to delete the listing. He has not replied since. He was also very unprofessional when he was communicating with me during the installation.
More than one other Carousell user has contacted me regarding this seller. They asked me for help after they'd been duped by him. FANSCLUB IS OPERATED BY HIM TOO, where he's been selectively accepting offers so that he controls the contents of his feedback. Negative reviews have been avoided this way. He is proven (not just by me) to be a cheating liar. One of them is reporting him to the police. If you insist on dealing with him, please ensure he ACCEPTS ur offer so u can leave feedback.
I think u are a liar too, u are asking a quote for 4 sets in order to get a cheap price but end up only getting one pce, u shud also know that this fan is cheap as compared to the other brand so u chose this. Pls be more considerate instead of pointing fingers at others.

I will consider the condition of the item is 8.5/10.. minor scratches around. seller personally delivered the item. Very friendly. I didn't know it was a display set. However, seller gave 3mths warranty. Hopefully i don't need to use it. :)

Buyer beware this seller sells defective merchandise and does not tell the truth. Terrible seller
This is a very difficult, unfriendly and unreasonable buyer. Rejected our offer of servicing the machine but insisted on giving her a new one instead. Threatening us to make it public instead of settling the matter amicably. Giving the fact that it is an used machine, she knows very well that it needs descaling after certain time of uses, but she refuses to oblige and even demo & instructions given clearly to her on how to maintain the machine.
Very helpful, honest and fixed my coffee machine for half the price if the Krups service centre. Fantastic! Highly recommended. Will use again, no problem. Great seller to deal with! Prompt delivery! Item delivered as described. Speedy replies. Thank you!
