got a discount for a dress that’s supposed to be like new and she claimed there were no issues or flaws. but ended up getting a dress with a missing big button, and rest of the buttons almost falling off. super kind over chat but dishonest. maybe that’s why she’s being kind to make up for her dishonesty. for the price i’m fine with flaws as long as it is disclosed or i wouldn’t have bought at all.

You seem to have the energy to impose negativity even when you already received the item hours ago. You got the actual item as it is & the condition is present on the photo provided. You deliberately destroy items and then ask for a refund. Additionally, you were not answering calls from the Lalamove rider. I even initially settled the fees.It would be appreciated if you showed some consideration and empathy for others.
