Buyer was good to deal with. I had a pleasant & fast transaction with her. My only concern with her is that she kept on insisting that the item was light brown when in fact it is pink? Anyone can go check it out on my profile (Pink raincoat/jacket) and go see it for yourselves. I even offered that I’d give her a refund since she complained about the extra 20 pesos that was charged on her on the sf 😕

This is too frustrating. The refund and all thing. Its okay, i will keep it nlang sana but still i am not happy about it. Ayoko na rin maabala kaya pinabayaan ko na. But wth, u had the nerve to leave me neutral feedback as well. Okay then, refund me my money if it will make u happier. I just wanted u to be more HONEST next time. FYi, the actual color is different. Get only what is due. Wag pagkakitaan pati ang shipping fee. Sf of 20 pesos more than the actual fee u paid is not okay.
