Follow-up review
I am updating this to reflect a disappointing experience. The item was sold at an in-person meetup where the buyer inspected and confirmed its quality. Two weeks later, she claimed damage. Per my strict no-refund/exchange policy, I could not accommodate her. I’m sharing this to warn other sellers that this buyer expects accountability for an item long after it has been accepted and used.
2 months ago (edited)Tbh I never asked for any accountability, refund or return. I only communicated the bag handle broke off the stitches after 2 weeks of light use. It’s a quality issue that I tried to communicate with you, but you left me on read. In addition, at no point did you even mention about your no refund/return policy. If you want to sell things then please be open to customers’ feedback, and reply accordingly.
