Very disappointing Had a 12 PM appointment and informed her at 11:36 AM that I was on the way, with updates along the journey. I waited until 12:15 PM — she never showed up, no message, no apology. It’s now 1:15 PM and still no reply. Totally unprofessional and a waste of my time.
