Time waster. Asked endless irrelevant questions over an off-the-rack jacket, then requested a refund because it didn’t fit him like M2M/bespoke. If you need exact measurements, go for MTM. Strict no-refund policy was made clear before purchase, and he still pushed for an exchange despite being offered alterations with my tailor. Unreasonable expectations—avoid.

Sadly and possibly the rudest seller I’ve dealt with. Not only did the listing provide wrong dimensions, seller wanted payment before delivering item. I would encourage all viewing this to caution against this seller 🙏
