Follow-up review
Unfortunately need to edit review as seller sold me inauthentic shoes. 1st pic: top shows my own Ferragamo shoe box purchased from Takashimaya, and bottom is the box with shoes she sold me. 2nd picture shows a website sharing how to tell authenticity of shoes based on box. The box sold to me is not authentic as it has thick silver font. I gave her chance to refund but she insisted its authentic.

Hi, I’m unsure the source of your review but I have explained that my item is authentic and I’m letting go at a much discounted rate from the original price given that I’ve bought it 2 years ago. We have also met face to to face for the transaction and you had checked the item prior to payment. I will be reporting this issue to Carousell and let will them handle at their end.
