The item was promised to be in good condition and with no holes. When I have arranged delivery, item was in bad condition with holes and scratches, but I particularly asked about the scratches and holes, because I didn't have time to look then buy. As item did not match the description the seller agreed to return money, but rejected to share delivery costs or give a discount for being not very honest in describing the item.

Item receive in gd condition yet seller charge me extra for postage. It turns out postage costs $1.70 yet she charges me $2.55. Seller did not explain to me the reason for the high fee when I leave her a message. Not honest.
I did not know how much will be postage. I charged you in advance as last time my postage bill was 2.55. How can I guess how much they change me this time? I was sending several packages and haven't seen, how much is your particular parcel. Plus I have payed for packing. It is not right to post negative feedback before you ask me and also if it is just 80 cents difference!
