Sold me broken item and blamed me for breaking it even though i only had it for less than an hour. The item was obviously worn from use over time
I showed you it is working fine before you collected it. After it is broken, I refunded first on goodwill, and even repaired it for free for you. I believe I have gone above and beyond what I should do. And the main point is all my messages are ignored right after the fix is done. I never took your money, I fixed what's broken, I honoured my part of the deal.
