It is ridiculous that buyer relaying her mistake and fault to seller from buying washing machine. Machine was checked fine by her representative on site before payment. But she arranged a private vehicle NOT goods vehicle to pick up the machine, and it was even put inside 車尾箱horizontally. Machine damage should be caused by her improper arrangement and nothing due with seller.
The seller is dishonest and unhonoured the transaction. 1 - he twisted the fact claiming the Lalamove driver’s door-to-door pick up when I have sent him screen capture of Lalamove app arrangement and car plate no. I didn’t get to choose which car and driver. 2 - the driver already complained for water leaking on spot but seller neglected 3 - if you think this stink and broken machine is of value, please contact me to take back at 50% off to cover my cost by this week 12 Jan.
