Follow-up review
I amended the rating from 1 star to 3 star due to the seller indeed apologized but he chose the time himself and requested it to be half an hour earlier ie 5:30pm instead of 6pm. I must clarify he didn't offer it for free after the incident nor I need it for free. I hope the seller can learn to stick to mutually agreed arrangement going forward. I wasted 2 hours on a HK$70 deal that didn't happen!
