Ordered 2 items from her and had them sent out as promised. However the top has 2 huge, bad and obvious defects: one at the bust area and at the sleeve, which she kept denying she didn't know about it. You stated new, never checked before sending it out. In the end, went silent when I asked for a refund. I even offered to send it back to you. I guess you're ok with selling a torn top to others where the bra can be seen. Want fast payment but don't want to hold responsibility after that.
