The seller stated that the item had no flaws, but when I received it, I noticed a flaw near the neckline, and the neckline itself is overstretched. I understand that this is a ukay-ukay item and that there may be a disclaimer regarding possible flaws. However, it would have been acceptable if I had not specifically asked whether the item had any flaws before purchasing.
