溝通過程有問賣家取得商品的照片及得知是”全新”貨品，照片亦顯示是有完整的包裝外盒。結果收到貨品後，不但沒有如照片中相同的包裝外盒，而且貨品沒有透明膠紙密封，商品很容易扭開。此賣家不誠實，沒有提供所拍照片內的產品，不可信!
