chair was faulty. n owner did not informed that next to carry down the stairs. spend $130 just for the delivery. in the end chair was faulty. why would u do this. make me waste my time n money collecting. please contact me back before I go make a police report.

U are the unreasonable one. I did live video with you to check everything ok before you purchased plus I sell u $90 for a $5000 chair. Might be your own mover mishandled during loading or unloading. Even bothered to help you called up Osim headquarters and was told if send in repair only need pay $120 . The chair can trade in for at least $1200-$1500. U dun deserve my stuffs coz u r not telling the truth.
Accepted my offer and sold to someone else.
