The seller sold me a defective bag and MIA after I contacted her although she read the messages I sent her. She even changed her username and deleted all her listings. Obviously out to cheat! Refer to my post for more details!!

Please bring the bag to chanel and ask them is this defective first. You didn’t even verify this bag is not defective before you make such accusation. The bag is brand new. Of course the pocket is like this. Just put your finger into the pocket and you will know the leather didn’t stick together or whatever defective you say. Please check with bag experts before you make such silly comment. Beware this buyer. Sell to her & risk wasting time entertaining her accusation.
