I offer rm700 lower than ori price. Item was brand new. Item has prob out of the box is normal for electronics thats why they give warranty. Im just selling a dyson that i won, box unopened. I even offer for return but she wanted to use the warranty instead. Now dyson already service her item FOC and still left bad review. Sellers beware! She holds on to money long after she received the item.
