Seller was deceptive. She said there was no defect on the dress but there were holes from pin marks at the back of the dress. And she was clever about it, she didnt take pictures from the back, where the defects were. Dont buy from this seller. Cause i got scammed. Do take unboxing video when buying from any seller. I didnt have a sell or purchase history and she took advantage of that.

Buyer attempt to provide CCTV recording cannot ascertain the parcel's condition and sounded very well planned. The timing of her purchase and refund request around Raya Haji raises suspicion, similar to 'wardrobing’. An unboxing video is essential as defects can occur in handling. I am confident in the item’s condition at shipment and stay firm to not issue a refund. Buyer attempted an unjustified refund outside of agreed terms. Do see my other positive reviews for my standard of service.
