Offer accepted and meet up fixed. Unfortunately, seller kept silent prior to meet up. Seller knew I was at the meet up location waiting for almost 20mins. Seller will just ignores and let people waiting. No courtesy of apologies nor cancellation. The next day, item sold and feedback given. I leave it as neutral just because seller prompt to reply initially
