Buyer claimed I advertised the items as “brand new”, but it was always advertised as “like new.” Buyer then claimed I changed the listing after I sold to her. I told her she can check with Carousel on whether I changed the listing. The items were only sold for HK$30-50 each, so not sure why she would think they are brand new. Anyways, it’s quite a ridiculous accusations I have to say.
