Extremely disappointed. The seller claimed the luggage was only used once "like new" condition, but failed to mention any defects during chat. It was misleading and dishonest. What's worse, after our transaction, the seller asked for exchange of review, he initially left a 4-star review but changed it to a 1 star without proper explanation. Please avoid dealing with this seller unless you want 1 star rating for no good reason - dishonest and lack of integrity.

Buyer was informed the item is second hand and not brand new. Used only once, multiple photos from every angle. Asking for multiple measurement. Originally $145 and now sold $45. Buyer was told not to proceeed if unsatisfied but still purchase and left an unreasonable review Please be careful when dealing with this man as the expectations were unrealistic.

I just purchased a king size mattress from you and I’m extremely angry and disappointed. I was told it had some stains, but this is beyond a “normal stain.” The mattress is in terrible condition. I even hired a professional deep cleaning service, and the stains still cannot be removed. On top of that, I messaged you regarding this issue but you just read my message and didn’t even bother to reply.

Very disappointed with this purchase. You posted a brand-new looking bed in the first picture, but what I received was the second image—heavily stained, dirty, with yellow marks that even professional cleaning couldn’t fix. I wasted money on paying youfor the bed,transport and cleaning, only to throw it away. The listing was misleading and this was a costly, frustrating experience.

Buyer first showed interest in June and only completed the deal in August after many confirmations. The item was sold at a 50% discount, yet the buyer’s expectations remained very high for a second-hand product. Already clearly stated that stained expected coz is 3 yrs but buyer still insisted to buy. Photo sent to buyer as well . Expectation high, on second hand item, better go and buy at the shop.
