You responded only after 24 hours when I requested confirmation and shipping details, which were not shown in the screenshot. Without a timely response, I could not reasonably hold the item. As mentioned in my replies (also omitted in the photos), I was no longer able to ship items after that time due to the holiday break. This is such an unfortunate review, and I hope this clarifies the situation for future buyers.
