1. Buyer is fussy and even though i told her the item was never used but not sealed, she proceeded to give me a bad feedback. I got the item a while back so clearly it’s not brand new. 2. Buyer kept asking me (everyday) if the item was going to arrive even though I already told her normal mail takes 3-5 business days. 3. When i asked if she wanted a refund, she kept complaining that the item was not brand new, clearly there was a better way to resolve this.
1. I know that it was not sealed and have mentioned it in the feedback on her profile. 2. She didn’t said that it’s 3-5 business day in the first day. She said properly Monday (when I first asked on Sunday) hence I asked again on Monday when I didn’t receive it. Was worried that lost mail could happen. 3. I didn’t said that it was not BRAND new, I am aware that it was not sealed but it was stated new and have double confirmed with her if it’s new (unsealed but not used) before purchasing.
