Item received was correct as listed. But, seller asked for full payment before sending updated photos. Communication required multiple follow-ups for photos and shipping, and the item was shipped later than expected. The cardigan and packaging also arrived with a strong odor and could have been cleaned and sealed better. Overall, clearer communication and better item care could have been nicer.

Seller harrassed me over my review in chat. Notice how they didn’t bother to address the fact they refused to send updated pics until payment was made FIRST, severe lack of communication, multiple follow-ups, and delayed shipping. Your cat rescue has nothing to do with this purchase so stop making excuses and trying to guilt trip me for your poor behavior as a seller over a 4* review. Do better.
