Ordered 2 dresses, 1 dress no stock and another dress was sent and when it arrived but it's totally different from the picture, it's not her fault as it's from her supplier. So I sent it back and paid for postage. she gave me a full refund in the end. But initially only wanted to give me a refund exclusive of postage and said she had to give me RM7 out of her own pocket because her supplier didn't give her a full refund. I think she blocked me on whatsapp after asking for a full refund

Ordered items from her but an item was out of stock so she kindly refunded money to me. Item arrived as said though one of the item was not in its best condition (loose threads hanging out, not sewn properly at some parts) but it's still alright. Seller was kind and helpful.
